Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains how IDO Ecommerce ("IDO Ecommerce", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at idoecommerce.com and the advertising campaigns and landing pages we operate (together, the "Services").
1. Who we are
IDO Ecommerce is a performance marketing company based in the United States. We operate paid customer-acquisition campaigns on behalf of e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, advertisers, and affiliate networks.
For any question about this policy or about your data, contact partners@idoecommerce.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us through our website form or by email, we collect what you choose to submit: typically your name, email address, company name, the nature of your enquiry, and the content of your message.
When you interact with a landing page we operate on behalf of an advertiser, you may submit information such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or order details. That information is collected on behalf of the relevant advertiser and is governed by their privacy policy in addition to this one.
Information collected automatically
- Device and connection data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen dimensions.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, exit page, scroll depth, and clicks.
- Campaign data. Campaign, ad set, ad, and click identifiers used to attribute traffic to the correct source.
- Preference data. Your light or dark theme selection, stored locally in your browser. This never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, server-side events, and similar technologies to operate and measure the Services.
- Strictly necessary. Required for the site or a landing page to function, including security and form submission.
- Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use our pages so we can improve them.
- Advertising and attribution. Including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and affiliate-network click-tracking and postback systems. These let us and our advertising partners measure campaign performance, attribute conversions, and deliver relevant advertising.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how our pages function. Where applicable law requires it, we present a consent notice before setting non-essential cookies.
4. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and communicate with brands, networks, and partners.
- To operate, measure, attribute, and improve advertising campaigns and landing pages.
- To detect and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and with the contractual requirements of advertisers, affiliate networks, and advertising platforms.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information in the following circumstances:
- Advertisers and affiliate networks. Where you submit information on a landing page operated for a specific advertiser, that information is transmitted to the advertiser and, where applicable, to the affiliate network facilitating the relationship.
- Advertising platforms. Such as Meta, for conversion measurement and campaign optimization, in accordance with their terms and applicable law.
- Service providers. Hosting, analytics, email, form processing, and tracking providers acting on our instructions.
- Legal. Where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of IDO Ecommerce or others.
6. Affiliate disclosure
IDO Ecommerce is compensated by advertisers and affiliate networks, including through commissions and cost-per-action payments, when visitors take qualifying actions such as making a purchase or submitting a lead. This compensation may influence which offers we promote. It does not change our obligation to represent those offers accurately, and we do not publish performance claims, client names, or testimonials that we cannot substantiate.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet our legal and contractual obligations, and to resolve disputes. Campaign and attribution data is typically retained for the period required by the relevant advertising platform or affiliate network for reconciliation and fraud review.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to request portability; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising. Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, and individuals in the EEA and the UK, may have specific statutory rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email partners@idoecommerce.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
12. Third-party links
Our Services contain links to advertiser websites and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
